We want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you can return your item within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Return Shipping Costs

Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of returning items to our designated return address. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Sizing & Selection

Please review our size charts carefully before placing an order. If the item received matches the size and specification selected at checkout, it is not considered an “incorrect item.” In these cases, returns or exchanges due to sizing preferences are treated as standard returns, and the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item (e.g., a different size than what you ordered). Email photos to [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refund Process

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

Transaction Fees

Please note that non-refundable transaction fees charged by payment processors (such as PayPal) are outside of our control and will be deducted from the final refund amount unless the return is due to a faulty product or a shipping error on our part.
